Who we are and what this covers.
Influencify is a content production and personal brand management platform owned and operated by Vivid Luminate Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website at influencify.social, apply for our service, or use our client portal.
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, additional rights apply to you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — see Section 6.
The information we hold about you.
We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically through your use of the service, and from third-party sources when you authorise it.
Identity & Contact Data
Collected during application and onboarding

What your data is used for.
We process your personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

Process subscription payments and manage your plan via Stripe

Send transactional emails (login links, tier confirmations, content alerts)
Service improvement
Understand how clients use the portal to improve it

Retain records as required by applicable law
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your Brand DNA data is used exclusively to produce your content and is never shared with other clients.
Who else handles your data.
We currently use the service providers listed below to operate Influencify. They receive data only when needed to perform their contracted function and remain subject to their applicable terms and our contractual arrangements.
Google Firebase and App Hosting — Authentication, database, file storage, and web application hosting. Privacy policy ↗

Resend — Transactional email delivery. Privacy policy ↗
Provider locations and international-transfer mechanisms vary. We will update this list before sending client data to an additional AI provider, including Azure AI Foundry, or to the third-party publishing/performance provider after its legal identity and privacy terms are approved.
How long we keep your data.
If you request deletion of your account, we will action it within 30 days. Payment records held by Stripe are subject to their own retention obligations under financial regulations and cannot be deleted by us.
Rights for EU/EEA/UK residents.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent local laws:

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations.
Right to portability
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to restriction
Request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.
Right to object
Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Right to withdraw consent
Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
Right to lodge a complaint
File a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (DPA).

How we protect your data.
Encryption in transit
All data transmitted over TLS 1.2+
Encryption at rest
Firestore and Firebase Storage encrypt all data at rest
Access controls
Role-based access — client data visible only to that client and admin
Payment security
Card data never touches our servers — processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1)
Magic link auth
No passwords stored — authentication via one-time email links only
Breach notification
We will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering a breach (GDPR requirement)
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we implement commercially reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you have an unresolved privacy concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, EU/EEA residents may contact their local Data Protection Authority. US residents may contact the FTC at ftc.gov.
