Influencify.social is a content production and personal brand management platform owned and operated by Vivid Luminate Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website at influencify.social, apply for our service, or use our client portal.
U.S.-only service: Influencify.social is currently offered solely to founders and businesses in the United States. We do not market to, solicit, or onboard clients located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. All personal information collected through the Service is hosted and processed in the United States under U.S. federal and state law.

We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically through your use of the service, and from third-party sources when you authorise it.

How We Use It
What your data is used for.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your Brand DNA data is used exclusively to produce your content and is never shared with other clients.

Who else handles your data.
We currently use the service providers listed below to operate Influencify.social. They receive data only when needed to perform their contracted function and remain subject to their applicable terms and our contractual arrangements.

Our core infrastructure and subprocessors process data primarily in the United States. We will update this list before sending client data to an additional AI or service provider.
Data Retention
How long we keep your data.
If you request deletion of your account, we will action it within 30 days. Payment records held by Stripe are subject to their own retention obligations under financial regulations and cannot be deleted by us.
Geographic Scope
Designed and operated for the United States.
Influencify.social is operated from the United States and is currently available only to customers in the United States. Our website and services are not directed to individuals or businesses in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other non-U.S. jurisdictions.
If you access our website from outside the United States, please do not submit an application or personal information, and please be aware that any information you do transmit will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States in accordance with U.S. law.
All U.S. clients have direct control over their data
Regardless of which U.S. state you reside in, you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, update inaccurate account or Brand DNA information, disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time, or request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@influencify.social. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Depending on your U.S. state of residence (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have specific rights regarding your personal information, subject to applicable statutory thresholds and B2B exceptions:

Firestore and Firebase Storage encrypt all data at rest

Role-based access — client data visible only to that client and admin
Payment security
Card data never touches our servers — processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1)
Magic link auth
No passwords stored — authentication via one-time email links only
Incident response
Prompt notification to affected clients without unreasonable delay in accordance with applicable U.S. law
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we implement commercially reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
