The rules we both agree to.
Written plainly. These terms govern the relationship between Influencify and every client. If something is unclear, reach out before signing up.
Effective: July 2026 · Governing law: Wyoming, United States
By using Influencify, you agree to these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Vivid Luminate Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the owner and operator of the Influencify platform ("Influencify", the "Service"), accessible at influencify.social.
By applying for our service, selecting a tier, or accessing your client portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Service Commitment, Privacy Policy, and any applicable order confirmations.
If you are entering these Terms on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
What Influencify provides.
Influencify is an AI-assisted personal brand management service. We produce content strategy, written content, and visual content for your professional social media presence — primarily LinkedIn. The specific deliverables, timelines, and revision terms for each service tier are defined in our Service Commitment, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Influencify uses AI systems to assist with content generation. AI-assisted drafts receive human editorial review before delivery to you for approval. Exact delivery and revision SLAs apply only when stated in a written order confirmation.
Your portal credentials and responsibilities.
Access to your client portal is granted via a secure email link (magic link). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not share your portal access with third parties, use automated tools to access the portal, or attempt to access any area of the service beyond your authorised scope.
Your right to use the portal continues only through your paid subscription period. Technical access may be disabled or restricted after that period; retention of underlying data follows the schedules described below.
Notice
You must provide accurate information during onboarding. Providing false or misleading Brand DNA data may result in content that does not represent you accurately. We are not liable for content produced based on inaccurate information you provide.
Payment terms, cancellation, and refund policy.
Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing date is set on the day you first subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. To cancel, contact billing@influencify.social or use the portal settings (when available).
Pausing
All plans can be paused once per 12-month period for up to 30 days. During a pause, content production stops and billing is suspended. Contact us to arrange a pause before your next billing date.
Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Mid-cycle output expansion is not currently supported because each monthly strategy and production plan is prepared in advance.
Founding rates
Current founding rates are Presence $1,200/month, Influence $1,800/month, and Leader $3,000/month. A client's founding rate is protected for their first 12 billing months. No discount percentage or future list price is represented.
Refund Policy
Stripe may have its own refund processing timeline of 5–10 business days. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the disputed charge.

Approved content
Owned by: YouOnce you approve a post in the client portal, that content is yours. You may publish, edit, repurpose, or delete it freely. No attribution to Influencify is required.
Unapproved drafts
Owned by: InfluencifyContent in draft or pending state that you have not approved remains our intellectual property. Upon cancellation, unapproved drafts are deleted after 30 days.
Platform & software
Owned by: InfluencifyThe Influencify platform, engines, design templates, and AI workflows are our proprietary technology. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the client portal during your subscription.

What we need from you.
The service works best — and fastest — when clients fulfil these responsibilities:
Limitation of liability.
Maximum liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Influencify's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exclusions: Influencify is not liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; reputational harm arising from published content you approved; third-party platform changes (e.g., LinkedIn algorithm updates); or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
Content approval: You are solely responsible for any content you approve and publish. By approving content in the portal, you represent that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We are not liable for claims arising from content you have approved and published.
AI-generated content
Our service uses AI to assist in content generation. While we review all output before delivery, AI systems can produce errors. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is factually accurate. You are responsible for verifying facts before approving content for publication.
How this agreement can end.
By you (cancellation)
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your paid billing period. Content and posts are retained 30 days after cancellation, then deleted. Brand DNA is retained 90 days, allowing frictionless re-onboarding if you return.
By us (termination for cause)
We may immediately suspend or terminate your account if you: violate these Terms, fail to pay, provide false information, use the service to produce unlawful content, or engage in abuse of our team. In cases of termination for cause, no refund is issued.
Survival
Sections on Intellectual Property, Liability, and Disputes survive termination of these Terms.
